These Terms govern all activities you undertake on the platform, including but not limited to creating and operating account, making deposits and withdrawals, participating in games, placing sports wagers, claiming bonuses, and interacting with our customer support services.

Definitions

• "You", "User", "Member "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9king platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the 9king platform.
• "Balance" means the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) funds held in a User's 9king Account at any given time.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any game, match, event, or market offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account under specific bonus terms, which may carry separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "FPX" means the Financial Process Exchange, a Malaysian interbank payment system operated under the oversight of Bank Negara Malaysia.
• "DuitNow" means the instant interbank transfer service operated within the Malaysian banking ecosystem under Bank Negara Malaysia's Real-Time Retail Payments Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which accessing the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as updated and amended from time to time.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 9king, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

During the KYC verification process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document clearly showing your full name and date of birth. Accepted documents include a Malaysian MyKad (both sides), a valid passport (photo page), or a Malaysian driver's licence.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 9king is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access. 9king makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is explicitly stated. Residents of jurisdictions where such activities are illegal are not permitted to use the Platform.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 9king. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through the use of third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balance and bonuses.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for their own personal entertainment. You may not allow, permit, or facilitate any other person to use your Account, your login credentials, or your deposited funds. 9king is not responsible for unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Account Registration

To create a 9king Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your identification document, a valid and active email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP verification messages, a secure password of your choosing, and your date of birth.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

9king reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Terms of Use

By using the 9king Platform, you agree to abide by the following conditions of use at all times:

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any guidelines published by 9king from time to time.

5.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate personal and payment information. You acknowledge that inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing, and that intentionally providing false information constitutes fraud.

5.3 Platform Integrity

You agree not to use any software, tool, script, algorithm, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform. This includes but is not limited to automated betting systems, bot scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to exploit game logic, and collusion with other players.

5.4 Acceptance of Game Outcomes

You acknowledge that all game outcomes on9king — including live casino results, slot spins, and sports event outcomes — are independent of 9king's control once the event or game round is commenced. You accept all results as final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

5.5 Communications

By registering an Account, you consent to receiving service-related communications from 9king via email and SMS, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and compliance notifications. Marketing communications are optional and may be opted out of at any time through your Account settings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

9king supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits: FPX (Financial Process Exchange) linked to all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and AmOnline; DuitNow instant transfers; Touch 'n Go eWallet; Boost; GrabPay; and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific methods may change from time to time.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The standard minimum deposit isRM30 per transaction for bank transfers and e-wallets. The standard maximum deposit is RM30,000 per transaction. For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent minimum is approximately RM50. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on account tier or KYC verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To process a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your Account, or to a verified bank account in your legal name. 9king reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Processing Timeframes

DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal conditions. FPX bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or as a result of additional compliance checks. 9king does not guarantee specific processing times.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by 9king for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

Bonuses & Promotions

9king offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and are subject to age verification (21+).
• Each bonus type — including the288% Magnificent Welcome, 100% Standard Welcome, 188% Esports Welcome, and 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — carries its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry timeframe, as disclosed at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds and winings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific bonus, as disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• 9king reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where circumstances warrant such action.
• Where a player is found to have exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent bonus terms, 9king reserves the right to forfeit all associated bonus funds and winnings.

7.2 VIP Programme

9king operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tiers. Tier advancement is based on monthly wagering turnover. Perks, cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account management services vary by tier and are subject to change. VIP programme benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9king platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules in their entirety.

8.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation notification from the platform, including a unique bet reference number. Verbal acknowledgements or pending states do not constitute confirmed bets.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement for each market. 9king reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Palpable Errors

9king reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error". Such bets will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of whether the bet would otherwise have been a winning selection.

8.4 Match Abandonment and Postponement

Rules regarding abandoned, postponed, or cancelled sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other covered sports — are governed by the specific sport's betting rules applicable at the time of bet placement. In general, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of their scheduled start time may be voided.

8.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at9king's discretion. 9king reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of technical issues or when live data feed accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Bets placed after the relevant outcome has been determined, due to system delays, will be voided.

Responsible Gambling

9king is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or as an escape from personal problems.

9king provides the following responsible gambling tools to all account holders:

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 9king Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or lopholes for financial gain without reporting them to9king.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sport manipulation.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Providing false identity information, including during KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals (under 21) to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 9king staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or circumvent any security feature of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property on the 9king Platform — including but not limited to the9king name, logo, interface design, and game mechanics — are owned by or licensed to 9king. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from 9king is strictly prohibited.

The 9king Platform incorporates game software and content provided under licence from third-party game providers. Those providers retain their respective intellectual property rights. Payment brand names — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX — are referenced for informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9king shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including FPX, DuitNow, or Malaysian banks.
• Losses arising from bet outcomes, game results, or decisions made by the User during play.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to protect their credentials.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from circumstances outside9king's reasonable control.

9king's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the User's deposited balance at the time the cause of action arose, subject to applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 9king

9king reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; the Account has been used by or on behalf of a person under21; or the Account poses an AML or compliance risk to the Platform.

13.2 Closure by Member

You may close your 9king Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding forfeitable bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard processing times. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 9king may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Members will be notified prior to dormancy classification via their registered email address.

Amendments to These Terms

9king reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 9king will endeavour to notify registered members via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or non-material amendments may be implemented without specific notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://9king.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact the9king customer support team. The majority of account, payment, and bet-related disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat.

15.2 Formal Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to 9king via the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms. 9king will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or complaint relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account event must be raised within ninety (90) days of the relevant event. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.
